Apple AirPods Max (USB-C, 2024)
This 2024 USB-C version of AirPods Max combines Apple's H1 chip in each ear cup with an over-ear design and Active Noise Cancellation. It is a separate model from the H2-powered AirPods Max 2 released in 2026.

- Spatial Audio: Personalized Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking on supported devices and content.
- Connections: Bluetooth 5.0 for wireless listening and USB-C for charging. Lossless wired audio requires a compatible USB-C connection and supported software or firmware.
- Controls: Digital Crown for volume, playback and calls, plus a noise-control button.
- Battery: Apple rates listening time at up to 20 hours with Active Noise Cancellation enabled. Battery performance varies with settings, use and condition.
- Colours: Midnight, Starlight, Blue, Purple and Orange.
